Your self talk must always be on a positive note! Take care of your self talk.
It is important to put your thinking on a positive track and try to
banish negative thoughts.
Don't use words like not, can't, don't  rather use I am, it is etc.

An architect has to see a building in his/her mind and then draw the plan.
The same applies to your life. You have to have a picture of what
you want your life to look like and then formulate a plan to achieve that.

Affirmations are wordings about  things that you should have or be or get 
that you read to yourself often sometimes 3 or 4 times a day 
until your mind begins to accept that as fact and
then it will manifest itself in your life

Note that they are always framed in the present tense i.e I am etc
Avoid negatives like I don't do etc it attracts what you don't want
